摘要
综述了三维(3D)打印技术以及适用于该技术的高分子材料。可生物降解高分子材料主要有聚乙交酯、聚丙交酯、聚己内酯、乙交酯-丙交酯共聚物等,非生物降解高分子材料主要是聚芳醚酮类。采用以上原料可以制备生物医用材料(如生物材料支架、水凝胶以及假肢假体)。3D打印技术应用于医学领域,首先需要建成完整的技术链和产业链,还需进一步开发种类齐全、满足医用要求、以及具有人体器官的硬度和质感的特性材料。
The three-dimensional(3D) printing technology and the polymer material for 3D printing technology were summarized.Biodegradable polymer materials included polyglycollide,polylactide,polycaprolactone,glycolide—lactide copolymer,etc.Non—biodegradable polymer material is poly(aryl—etherketone) s.Biomedical materials,such as biological scaffold,hydrogel and prosthetic implants,could be prepared by those materials mentioned above.Completed technology chain and industrial chain needed to be built for the application of the 3D printing technology to the medical field.The various special materials,which satisfied the medical demands and had the hardness and texture of human organs should be further developed.
