摘要
本文以黔西北民族地区中小学生作为样本,择取家庭体育教育这一特定的因子作为研究出发点,通过调查分析对民族地区的青少年家庭体育教育进行实证性研究,在了解中小学生体育锻炼行为现状的基础上,探讨家庭体育教育与学生体质健康的互动关系,并揭示基于家庭教育的民族体育项目在少数民族学生体质提升中的作用。
This paper takes primary and middle school students in Northwest Guizhou ethnic region as samples and makes a study on family physical education. On the basis of understanding students' physical exercise, it analyzes the interactive relation between family physical education and physical health of the students and shows that there is a close relation between ethnic sports based on family physical education and the improvement of body condition of ethnic minority students.
