摘要
目的：观察分析腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术中无瘤技术的护理配合的临床效果。方法选择于2012年6月～2014年6月我院收治的宫颈癌患者112例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组56例患者。观察组患者给予手术进行根治治疗，并使用无瘤技术进行护理配合，对照组患者给予手术根治治疗，并使用常规技术进行护理配合，观察分析其护理效果。结果通过根治手术处理以及无瘤技术的护理配合，56例患者均顺利完成手术，平均手术时间为（200.36±25.68）min，术中平均出血量为（216.36±65.21）ml，术后患者未出现高碳酸血症，出血，感染等术后并发症。54例患者满意，患者护理满意度为96.4%。术后随访6～12个月，无一例复发或者转移。对照组56例患者也均顺利完成手术，平均手术时间为（202.48±23.74）min，术中平均出血量为（221.45±70.23）ml，术后患者未出现1例高碳酸血症，出血，感染等术后并发症。48例患者满意，患者护理满意度为85.7%。术后随访6～12个月，有10例复发或者转移。观察组的不良反应发生率和肿瘤复发和转移率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论在腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术中严格实施无瘤技术，疗效确切，保证了患者的术后生活质量。
Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy of nursing cooperation undergoing laparoscopy-assisted radical resection of cervical cancer by non-neoplasm technique. Methods We selected 112 patients who were treated for cervical cancer in our hospital from June 2012 to 2014 June as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, each group had 56 case. Results After the radical surgical treatment and nursing cooperation by non-tumor technique in the observation group, 56 operation was successfully completed, theaverage operation time was （200.36±25.68） min, the average blooding was （21.636±65.21） ml, hypercapnia, bleeding, infection, etc postoperative complications were not appeared. 54 patients were satisfied, and the satisfaction rate was 96.4%. Follow up 6 to 12 months, there were no recurrence or metastasis. While the control group, 56 operation was successfully completed, the average operation time was （202.48±23.74） min, the average blooding was （221.45±70.23）ml, 1 cases of hypercapnia, 2 cases of infection were appeared. 48 patients were satisfied, and the satisfaction rate was 85.7%. Follow up 6 to 12 months, 10 cases of recurrence or metastasis. The incidence of adverse reaction and tumor metastasis of the observation group was significantly low than the control group, and there were a signification difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of nursing cooperation undergoing laparoscopy-assisted radical resection of cervical cancer by non-neoplasm technique was exactly, the quality of life of patients after surgery was ensured.
