摘要
目的观察半夏泻心汤联合足三里穴位注射防治肺癌化疗后呕吐的临床疗效。方法纳入肺癌拟化疗患者92例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各46例,治疗组在化疗时常规应用格拉斯琼,并肌注胃复安注射液,在化疗前3 d到化疗后7 d内加用半夏泻心汤口服,配合足三里穴位注射;对照组予单纯格拉斯琼及胃复安治疗,观察2组患者化疗后第7天恶心呕吐情况。结果治疗组化疗后无呕吐和每日呕吐1～2次的有效率为100%,明显高于对照组84.78%。结论半夏泻心汤联合足三里穴位注射防治化疗致胃肠道反应,可调节改善机体免疫功能,保证化疗的顺利进行。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with the acupoint injection on vomiting after chemotherapy. Methods Divide 92 patients randomly into treatment and control two groups,each 46 cases. The treatment group being given routinely Glass Jone during chemotherapy and metoclopramide intramuscular injection,as well as within 3 d before chemotherapy to 7 d after chemotherapy combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction and acupoint injection therapy on Zusanli. The control group is simply given Glass Jone and metoclopramide hydrochloride intramuscular injection therapy. Then evaluate the 7th day case of patients＇ nausea,vomiting. Results Treatment group after chemotherapy,the effective rate of without nausea and vomiting 1-2 times a day was 100%,significantly higher than the control group＇s 84. 78%.Conclusion The use of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with Zusanli acupoint injection therapy is effective on the vomiting after chemotherapy,can adjust to improve the body＇s immune function,ensure the progress of chemotherapy.
