摘要
目的:观察灯盏细辛注射液联合丹参粉针治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将102例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组采用丹参粉针治疗,观察组采用丹参粉针联合灯盏细辛注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血脂变化、不良反应、HSCRP变化等。结果:治疗后,两组血脂水平均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗心绞痛有效率和不良反应率分别为92.16%、3.92%,与对照组的80.39%、13.73%比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后HS-CRP明显降低,观察组降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏细辛注射液联合丹参粉针治疗不稳定型心绞痛可有效改善患者血脂水平,降低HS-CRP,缓解心绞痛,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Injection of Herba Erigerontis in combination with danshen root powder injection on unstable angina. Methods： One hundred and two patients with unstable angina were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with danshen root powder injection,while the ones in the observation group were treated with danshen root powder injection and injection of Herba Erigerontis together. Then both groups＇ clinical effective rates,lipid changes,adverse reactions,and HS- CRP changes were compared. Results： After the treatment,lipid levels in both groups greatly improved,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group were 92. 16% and 3. 92% respectively; The effective rate and the adverse reaction rate of the control group were 80. 39% and 13. 73% respectively; And the differences between them were significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,HS- CRP levels in both groups greatly reduced; The reduced degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Injection of Herba Erigerontis in combination with danshen root powder injection in treating unstable angina can effectively improve lipid level,reduce HS- CRP,relieve angina symptom and enhance the clinical curative effect.
