摘要
对监理行业现实存在的客观问题进行了研究,并对规范监理行为、提升监理服务质量的措施作了分析,从制度管理、组织设计、风险控制体系建设、加强监管等方面进行了说明,以促进监理队伍的发展壮大。
The paper researches the objective problems in the monitoring reality, analyzes the regulation of the monitoring behaviors and promotion of the monitoring service quality, and indicates from the system management, organization design, construction of risk control system, and promotion of the monitoring, so as to enhance the development of the monitoring teams.
