摘要
目的对内镜用于上消化道出血治疗中的疗效、安全性及治疗依从性等数据进行研究,证实其临床价值。方法选取我院2012年6月至2013年6月间内科治疗212例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察和对照组。对照组102例,按内科常规用药予以治疗;观察组110例,予以内镜下药物或电凝治疗。治疗后对两组研究对象的疗效、安全性及治疗依从性等数据进行组间比较,并进行数据分析。结果经治疗所有研究对象病情得到有效控制,未出现死亡和严重恶化病例。观察组研究对象显效63例,有效35例,无效12例,总有效率为89.1%高于对照组72.5%的总有效率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在安全性和治疗依从性等数据的比较中,观察组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜下治疗上消化道出血较常规内科药物治疗具有疗效显著,安全性和治疗依从性高等优势,适于临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect,security and treatment compliance of endoscopic treatment for upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and to confirm its clinical value. Methods 212 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients who were admitted in our hospital from June,2012 to June,2013 were selected as the research object. They are divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table. 102 cases of the control group were treated by the medical routine drug; 110 cases of the observation group were treated by endoscopic drugs or electric coagulation treatment. After treatment,the treatment efficacy,safety and therapeutic compliance were compared between the control group and the observation group,and the statistics were analyzed. Results After the treatment,the state of illness of all the research objects were effectively controlled without death cases and significant deterioration. 63 cases in the observation group were markedly improved,effective in 35 cases,ineffective in 12 cases,and the total effective rate was 89. 1%,which was higher than that of the control group whose total effective rate was72. 5%,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. In the comparison of the security and treatment compliance,the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding has an advantage over the normal internal medicine treatment in terms of curative effect,security and treatment compliance and therefore is suitable for clinical application.
