摘要
EHS是环境(Environment)、健康(Health)和安全(Safety)的缩写,EHS管理在国外水泥工程中越来越重要。通过环境因素识别、制定EHS管理计划、培训和宣传、监测和检查、持续改进等手段,对环境、健康和安全进行系统管理。目前国内多数企业对EHS管理的理解不够深入,EHS管理制度缺乏系统性,且没有持续改进。若要充分发挥EHS管理的作用,首先要提高认识,其次要全员参与,再次要完善计划,最后要认真执行。只有将EHS管理贯彻到日常工作中才能产生实际效果。
EHS is the abbreviation of Environment, Health and Safety. EHS management is increasingly impor-tant in foreign cement projects. The environment, health and safety are managed systematically through environ-ment factor identification, making EHS management plans, training and publicizing, continual improvement, etc.At present, most of domestic companies don＇t understand the EHS management enough. EHS management sys-tem lacks systematicness and continuous improvement. Companies need deepening understanding, total partici-pation, plan improvement and seriously implementation, thus the EHS can fully develop its actions. Only putEHS management into routine work, it can produce actual effect.
