摘要
高等教育发展已进入一个新的阶段,从数量的扩张转变为质量的提升,为实现内涵式建设,每个高等院校陆续采取措施进行高校教学改革。未来的教育对高校教师也提出了新的要求。因此,高校教师在人才培养模式上必须进行创新和深度思考,把更显著的教学目的、更灵活的教学方式方法和更新颖的教学内容应用于自己的教学过程。
Higher education development has entered a new period, having transformed from expansion in number to improvement in quality. To realize quality construction, all colleges have successively adopted measures to carry out college teaching reform.Future education has also proposed newer and higher requirements for college teachers. Therefore, college teachers must implement innovation and deep thinking on talent training modes,so as to apply more prominent teaching objectives, more flexible teaching methods and more novel teaching contents to their teaching.
