摘要
我国的政府治理要确保有效性,宏观、中观与微观三个层面的困境需要突破,必须通过理念、结构、方式的改革与之相适应。改革必须着眼于可持续,实现服务型、智慧型、主体性、柔性的政府治理模式,才能与当前的国家治理体系的建构、经济发展方式的转变相协调。
Breakthrough for dilemmas in the governance of our government is required from micro, macro and intermediate perspectives. It is restrained by systematic, cultural, social and technical factors. Reforms must focus on sustainability to realize serving, intelligent, main-body and flexible governance mode so that they can keep harmony with the construction of national governance system and the change of economic development modes.
