摘要
基于Wo S和CSTPCD数据库,分析了2003-2012年间中国科研人员作为第一作者参与的区域和国际科技合著论文,从而研究了近十年来中国科技合作的态势。利用科学计量学方法从中国科技合作论文的学科、地区、机构类型、合作伙伴等方面对我国近十年来科技合作的整体趋势、合作规模、合作类型等态势进行了研究。研究表明:中国的合著论文数量及其在全部论文中所占的比例逐步趋于稳定,合著论文的比例大体将稳定在近90%的水平。在合著论文数量快速增长的同时,论文篇均作者稳步呈增长态势,更加广泛和深入的合作仍然是科学研究方式的发展方向。各种合著类型的论文所占比例变化不大,同一机构内部人员合著的论文产出仍然占据主导地位,同省不同机构合著论文的比例保持在近20%的水平;省际合著论文所占比例保持在14%左右。美国、日本、英国一直是我国科技合作的重要战略合作伙伴,其地位在近十年来的科技论文合著中基本保持稳定。随着与大陆交流的不断密切,香港也成为了科技合作的主要对象。
Based on the Chinese Scientific Papers and Citation Database( CSTPCD) and the Web of Science( WoS) databases, this paper analyzes the co-authored papers with Chinese researchers as the first author in participating the regional and international science and tech-nology co-authoring during 2003-2012 to study the trend of Chinese science and technology cooperation over the past decades. By apply-ing the scientometrics study methods, the intended study is completed covering the topics of the overall trend, the scale and type of collab-oration, and participation in international cooperation. It is showed that:the proportion of the number of Chinese co-authored papers grad-ually stabilizes at the nearly 90 percent;the number of authors per co-authored papers shows a steady growth;a more extensive and in-depth cooperation remains as the development direction of scientific research methods;the proportions of different types of co-authored pa-pers hardly changed;the output of co-authored papers by research personnel from the same agency still dominates;the proportion of co-authored papers of different agencies in the same province keeps close to 20%, and inter-provincial co-authored papers' proportion re-mains at around 14%. The United States, Japan and Britain have been important strategic partners of China's scientific and technological cooperation, and their position remains stable in the last decade. With closer and deepening communication with the mainland, Hong Kong has become the main target of scientific and technological cooperation.
