膝骨关节炎物理疗法研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是以关节软骨变性、破坏及骨质增生为特征的慢性关节病,严重影响患者的活动功能,降低生活质量.本病以老年人多发,患病率随年龄增长而增加,随着全社会人口老龄化进程的加剧,KOA的患病率逐年上升,53%的80岁以上女性和33%的80岁以上男性有影像学膝骨关节炎,64岁以上者约11%有症状性膝骨关节炎,严重危害老年人的健康.
