摘要
目的：探讨无创呼吸机在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（ AECOPD）患者中的应用效果，并总结护理措施。方法选择2012年12月至2014年1月接诊的60例AECOPD患者的临床病例资料，其中，观察组30例患者采用无创呼吸机进行通气治疗，而对照组30例患者采用常规治疗措施，比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后，观察组患者的血气分析、心率等指标均明显优于对照组，其治疗相关情况也明显优于对照组，组间差异具有明显统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论无创呼吸机在AECOPD患者中具有较佳的治疗效果，而辅以相应的护理措施则更有利于患者病情的改善，从而促进患者的预后，值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of non-invasive ventilator in acute exacerbation COPD patients and nursing analysis and summarize care measures.Methods From December 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital, 60 patients with AECOPD were included in the study, of which 30 patients using non-invasive ventilation therapy, and control group of 30 patients with conventional treatment, the treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, blood gas analysis, heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the treatment-related situation were significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusions Non-invasive ventilator in AECOPD patients has a better therapeutic effect, which is conducive to patient＇s condition, thereby contributing to the prognosis of patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
