摘要
目的：探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2011年1月～2013年1月收治的180例慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用传统手术治疗，观察组采用鼻内镜手术治疗，对比分析2组疗效。结果：观察组有效率为89．25％，明显优于对照组68．96％（p＜0．05），差异具有统计学意义，观察组在住院时间、术中出血量、手术时间、术后1年嗅觉评分、复发率上明显优于对照组（p＜0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉效果优于传统手术方式，效果显著，值得在临床应用中推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treatment. Methods：A hospital in January 2011 -2013 in January admitted 180 cases of chronic sinusitis -nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups with the observation group and control group using traditional surgical treatment, observation group endoscopic sinus surgery, comparative analysis of two groups.Results：The effective rate of 89.25%, significantly better than the control group, 68.96%（ p 〈0. 05）, the difference statistically significant, the observation group hospitalization time, blood loss, operative time, postoperative 1 year ol-factory scores, on relapse rate was significantly better than the control group （p 〈0.05）, a statistically significant difference;Conclu-sion：Intranasal mirror treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps better than the traditional surgical approach, the effect is significant, worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
