摘要
概述了钢管水压试验水压采集、显示及曲线形成系统的水压信号采集的硬件实现方法,详细介绍了基于MCGS组态软件的水压信号处理方法,水压实时曲线和历史曲线的实现方法及压水试管数据的存储实现方法,以及对实现各功能的脚本支持程序。实际应用表明:该系统的实现方法可靠,效果良好,有一定推广应用价值。
Briefed here in the paper is the hardware-based method for realizing acquisition of hydro-pressure signals as adopted by the hydro-pressure acquisition/display/curve-formation system of the steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine. Also detailed are the main aspects concerning the said system such as the MCGS configuration software- based method for hydro-pressure signal processing, the method for realizing both real-time and history hydro-pressure curves, the method for data storage of pipes as tested, and the scripting support programs for various functions. The actual operation result shows that the realizing methods used by the system are reliable, and well effective, being worth spreading.
