摘要
目的:通过研究不同口腔组织中CD44和VEGF-C的表达情况,探讨CD44和VEGF-C与口腔鳞癌的关系。方法:运用实时定量PCR和免疫组织化学检测18例正常口腔组织及22例口腔鳞癌组织中CD44和VEGF-C的表达情况。结果:在正常口腔组织中CD44 mRNA的表达率为78%,CD44蛋白的表达率为83%;在口腔鳞癌组织中CD44的表达率为18%,CD44蛋白表达率为23%。在正常口腔组织中VEGF-C mRNA的表达率为17%,VEGF-C蛋白未见表达;在口腔鳞癌组织中mRNA的表达率为82%,VEGF-C蛋白表达率为91%。在不同口腔组织中CD44 mRNA和VEGF-C mRNA的表达水平与各自蛋白的表达水平相一致,CD44与VEGF-C的表达水平不一致。结论:正常口腔组织中CD44和VEGF的表达水平与口腔鳞癌组织中的表达水平具有显著差异性,CD44和VEGF-C的表达水平可能与口腔鳞癌的发病以及转移有关。
Objective:In this paper we detected the expression level of CD44 and VEGF-C in different oral tissues to study the relationship of CD44 and VEGF-C with oral squamous cell carcinomas. Methods:Detected the expression level of CD44 and VEGF- C in 18 cases of normal oral tissues and 22 cases of oral squamous carcinoma tissues by real-time PCR and Immunohistochemistry. Resldts: The expression level of CD44 mRNA was 78% and CD44 protein was 83% in the normal oral tissues. The expression level of CD44 mRNA was 18% and CD44 protein was 23% in the oral squamous carcinoma tissues. But the expression level of VEGF- C mRNA was 17% and VEGF-C protein was not express in the normal oral tissues. The expression level of VEGF-C mRNA was 82% and VEGF-C protein was 91% in the oral squamous carcinoma tissues. The expression level of CD44 and VEGF-C mRNA with it's respectively protein was consistent. But the expression level of CD44 with VEGF-C was not consistent, Conclusion: The expression level of CD44 and VEGF-C in normal oral tissues with oral squamous carcinoma tissues has significant difference,Therefore CD44 and VEGF-C may be associated with the morbidity and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinomas.
