摘要
本文从技术、技能、能力入手分析应用能力培养的重要性，技能训练和应用能力培养是两个不同的概念，更不能以技能考核的级别高低来衡量应用能力的强弱，应用能力的培养是一个长期缓慢的过程，需要贯穿于整个教学过程，尤其是实践环节。
The present paper analyses the importance of training applied abilities in terms of technology, skill and ability and points out that the training of skills is different from the fostering of applied abilities. We hold that skill shall in no way replace ability . The training of applied abilities is a long slow process, affecting all the education courses, especially, practice.
