摘要
针对高压聚乙烯反应管的正常服役条件 ,对 2 5Cr2MoV钢制自增强厚壁圆筒在循环压力和均匀温度场单独和综合作用下的残余应力松弛进行模拟试验 ,建立了自增强残余应力松弛量的工程算式 .研究表明 ,在高压聚乙烯反应管开停工的循环载荷和 34 0℃时的均匀温度场作用下 ,2 0年内管内壁自增强残余应力衰减量与初始残余应力值的比率在 5 3%以下 .
According to the conditions of cyclic pressure and temperature of the tubular reactor of high pressure polyethylene, the relaxation law of residual stress in autofrettaged thick walled cylinder( the material of which is 25Cr2MoV) is experimental examined, experiential formulas to calculate the relaxed amount of residual stress under cyclic pressure, homogeneous temperature and the combination of them are established. It is shown that the ratio of relaxed value of residual stress to the original residual stress is lower than 53% if the reactor does not suffer from thermal shock during its 20 years' service life.
