摘要
目的:探讨人参煎剂配合常规药物在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取94例慢性心力衰竭患者,用随机数表法分为两组,每组各47例。对照组采用ACEI、β-受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、洋地黄等药物进行常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用人参煎剂进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效、心功能、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率93.62%,高于对照组78.72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD水平均改善,且观察组LVEF较对照组高,LVEDD、LVESD较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BNP水平均降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人参煎剂配合常规药物可有效提升慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效,改善其心功能,降低血浆BNP水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ginseng decoction combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:94 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups by random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ACEI,beta-blocker,diuretic,digitalis and other drugs.On this basis,the observation group was treated with ginseng decoction.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart function including the left room to count(LVEF),left room diastole last stage inside diameter(LVEDD),left room contraction last stage inside diameter(LVESD) improved in both groups.LVEF was higher,and LVEDD、LVESD were lower in the observation group as compared to those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BNP levels in both groups decreased with the lower level in the observation group than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginseng decoction combined with conventional drugs can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure,improve their cardiac function,and reduce the level of plasma BNP.
