摘要
目的 进一步提高护士静脉输液质量 ,为病人提供满意的护理技术。方法 对护士进行静脉输液知识和技术的培训 ,浅静脉血管评级 ,健全静脉输液管理机制等。结果 病人对护士操作时服务态度和技术熟练程度的满意度明显提高。结论 在加强护士培训的基础上 ,浅静脉血管评级及建立静脉输液穿刺质量管理机制 。
ObjectiveTo improve the nurse's infusion skill and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing care.MethodsIntensive training of knowledge of infusion and skill of venipuncture was conducted. The superficial vessel grading was introduced in teaching and the mechanism for quality control of infusion was perfected.ResultsThe contentment of patients with the procedures and service of the nurses were improved significantly.ConclusionOn the basis of intensive nursing training, the infusion of superficial vessel grading and venipuncture quality control can improve the infusion quality effectively.
