摘要
本文对孔型轧制厚件以柱坐标设定运动许可速度场,推导了上界功率,轧制力与力矩解析表达式。并将按上述公式的计算结果与轧制力实测结果进行了比较。
In this paper, an admissible velocity field in cylindrical coordinate system is established for rolling thick workpiece with grooved roils.The corresponding formulas of upper bound power,roll pressure and torque are deduced.The results by the formulas are compared with the measured ones.
