摘要
"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"要求高校不断进行教学模式的改革,重视法律专业学生毕业就业现状,坚持理实并举的原则来切实加强法学的实践性和可操控性。本文针对这一教学模式进行了分析,并对其指导下的模拟法庭教学、诊所式法律教学等进行了评述。
＂Excellent law talents education and training plan＂re-quires universities to continuously carry out reforms of teaching models, re-examine the current situation of law graduates＇ em-ployment, and feasibly enhance the practicality and operability of law through adhering to the principle of integrating theories and practice. This paper analyzed this teaching model, and reviewed the simulated legal court teaching and clinical law teaching under its guidance.
