摘要
目的研究电针灸加低周波治疗对脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响。方法回顾2011年10月—2013年10月脑卒中患者90例,按随机数字表法分成实验组50例(电针灸加低周波治疗),对照组40例(单纯电针灸治疗),比较两组治疗效果。结果①运动功能评分:实验组高于对照组[(76.320±17.781)分vs(55.477±16.356)分,P<0.05];②生活能力评分:实验组高于对照组,两组差异显著[(67.289±15.311)分vs(53.509±14.355)分,P<0.05]。结论电针灸加低周波可有效改善脑卒中患者运动功能,提高其生活能力。
Objective To study the effects of low-frequency electro-acupuncture treatment plus hmb function in s.troke patients. Methods 90 patients with stroke from October 2011 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, according to a random num- ber table is divided into the experimental group, 50 patients (plus low-frequency electro-acupuncture treatment), the control group Of 40 patients (pure electric acupuncture), comparing two treatment group. Results ① The motor function score: experimental group was higher [(76.320 ±17.781) points vs (55.477±16.356) points, P〈0.05]; ② viability rating: experimental group was higher, the difference was significant [(67.289±15.311) points vs (53.509±14.355) points, P〈0.05]. Conclusion The low-frequency elec- tro-acupuncture plus effective in improving motor function in stroke patients, improve their life skills.
