摘要
目的:探讨降糖益肾汤结合西医常规治疗糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法:收集近期住院、门诊的62例病人资料,将病人按随机数字表格法分成两组,对照组23组行西医常规血糖控制、血压调控疗法,观察组39例在对照组西医常规疗法基础同时使用降糖益肾汤进行调理。治疗3月后比较分析肾功能、尿微量白蛋白等指标。结果:联合降糖益肾汤观察组显效率、有效率分别是41.0%、92.3%,均明显高于单独西医治疗对照组(P<0.05)。虽然两组病人FBG、PBG均出现显著降低(P<0.05),但观察组治疗后UAE显著降低,而Ccr水平明显升高,均优于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05),二者相比较差异有统计学意义。结论:降糖益肾汤辅助治疗糖尿病肾病,可显著改善病人肾功能指标,降低病人尿微量白蛋白排泄量,延缓病情的恶化。
Objective：To study the effect of Chinese medicine Yishen Jiangtang Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods ：62 patients with diabetic nephropathy recently in our hospital were collected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group with 23 cases of patients accepted conventional western medicine therapy to control the glycemic and blood pressure. The observation group with 39 cases of patients accepted Yishen Jiangtang Decoction treatment based on the conventional west-ern medicine therapy at the same time. Upon 3 months of treatment, the renal function and urine trace albumin index were compared. Results：The observation group combining with Yishen Jiangtang Decoction showed a marked efficiency. The effective rates of two groups were 41.0% and 41.0% respectively. The observation group＇ s effective rate was signifi- cantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. FBG and PBG levels for the two groups of patients were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ） after treatment and blood sugar levels were both controlled very well. However, UAE levels in ob- servation group patients after treatment showed a marked decrease and the Ccr level was increased significantly, which were better than that before accepting treatment and that after treatment in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yishen Jiangtang Decoction can significantly improve the renal function indexes, reduce the patients＇urine trace albumin excretion, and delay the deterioration in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
