摘要
目的探讨钬激光在颅底肿瘤切除中应用的效果。 方法初步分析了经用钬激光切除颅底肿瘤的5 3例。 结果在显微镜下清晰暴露肿瘤与周围结构 ,随意地运用光纤切割、汽化肿瘤组织。 结论钬激光用于颅底肿瘤切除 ,特别在显微镜下较常规方法更安全有效。
Objective To investigate the application of Ho∶YAG laser in skull base tumor removal. Methods 53 patients suffered from skull base tumor were treated with Ho∶YAG laser, which wavelength is 2.1μm and working mode is light-guide fibre pulse; the laser power was depended on the character, the blood supply and the conglutimation to the important structure of the tumor. Results It showed that the total removal rate and the postoperation outcome could be improved by the Ho∶YAG laser associated with microscope. The damage to structure around the tumor can be limited when the tumor was removed by Ho∶YAG laser. Conclusion The laser fibre can enter the deep and narrow operation area with microscope, and the Ho∶YAG laser is suitable in tumor removal, especially in skull base tumor.
