摘要
目的研究一种以对氯间二甲苯酚为主要杀菌成分的复方手消毒凝胶的消毒性能,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用理化分析、载体定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该复方手消毒凝胶的消毒相关的性能进行了试验观察。结果该复方手消毒凝胶含对氯间二甲苯酚和乙醇分别为质量分数0.274%和58.3%,置37℃温箱内储存90 d,其两种有效成分含量下降率均<5.0%。用该复方手消毒凝胶原液作用0.5 min,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌及白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值各次均大于3.00。用该复方手消毒凝胶擦拭消毒手1.0 min,对手上自然菌的杀灭对数值各次均值大于1.00。该复方手消毒凝胶的小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000mg/kg(体重),对皮肤无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性,亚急性经口毒性试验对雌雄SD大鼠最大未观察到有害作用的剂量为1 000 mg/kg。结论该复方手消毒凝胶对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有快速杀灭效果,属实际无毒级物质,对皮肤无刺激性,无致突变作用,性能稳定。
Objective To study the disinfection performance of the compound hand antiseptic gel with PCMX as the main germicidal ingredients so as to provide a scientific basis for its practical application. Methods The physical and chemical analysis, carrier quantitative bactericidal test and animal test were used to carry out laboratory of this disinfection. Results After the compound hand antiseptic gel containing PCMX 0. 274% and ethanol 58.3% being deposited at B7℃ for 90 days, the two kinds of effective component content decreased 〈 5%. The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on the carriers exposed to the compound hand - disinfectant gel disinfectant for 0. 5 min were more than B. 0. The killing logarithm value of the natural bacteria in the hands exposed to the disinfectant for 1.0 min was more than 1.0. The LDs0 of the compound hand - disinfectant gel in mouse oral toxicity test was 〉 5 000 mg/kg · bw. The disinfectant had no skin nonirritant and it did not cause micronucleus formation in mouse bone marrow polychromatophilic erythrocytes. Conclusion This compound hand - disinfection is stable and has a quick killing effect on the vegetative form of bacteria and fungi. It has no toxicity, no irritation on the skin and has no mutagenic action.
