硼酸盐/硅酸钠复合防腐剂的制备及其处理材的性能 被引量:5

摘要 硼酸盐是一类性能优良的水基型木材防腐剂,但其易流失的缺点限制了其应用范围。为提高其抗流失性,将硼酸盐与硅酸钠进行复合,利用硅酸钠的凝胶特性,将硼酸盐部分固定在木材内部。结果表明,复合防腐剂处理材中硼的流失率比仅用硼酸盐处理的木材降低了20%以上,但各处理之间没有明显差异。从流失过程来看,复合处理可以延缓硼酸盐的流失。且处理材的尺寸稳定性和耐腐性也有一定程度的提高,但幅度不大。 Borates are water-based wood preservatives with excellent performance.However,the disadvantage of easy to leaching from treated wood limits their application scope.To improve the leaching resistance of borates,they were compounded with sodium silicate.Partial borates were fixed inside the wood by the gel properties of sodium silicate.The results showed that the leaching rate of boron of wood treated with compound preservative decreased more than 20% compared with wood treated with borates only,but the results had no significant differences between the groups.The process leaching revealed that composite treatment could delay the loss of borates.The dimensional stability and decay resistance of treated wood were also improved to some extent but not much.
