摘要
本文指出既有建筑节能改造的必要性和紧迫性,介绍既有建筑节能改造的一系列措施,包括屋顶、外墙、外窗等。同时,对既有建筑围护结构进行优化设计并进行建筑能耗计算,指出各项节能措施对建筑能耗的影响情况。
This paper pointed out the necessity and urgency of energy saving redevelopment of existing building, and introduced a series of measures of energy saving redevelopment, including roof, outer wall and external window, etc. Meanwhile, this paper designed building envelop enclosure of existing building op timally and pointed out that how measures of energy saving redevelopment affected building energy after energy calculation.
