摘要
为满足钢种对钢质洁净度的特殊要求,对低磷钢进行试验研究。通过对转炉冶炼脱磷的机理进行分析,采取合理控制冶炼过程温度、熔渣碱度、氧化性等技术措施和双渣法、高拉补吹法等方法,强化了转炉脱磷。在无预处理脱磷设备条件下,该方法能够应用于新品种钢的生产开发。
In order to meet the special requirement of steel grades on steel cleanliness, low phosphorus steel was tested and studied. After the mechanism of dephosphorization in converter melting was analyzed, converter dephosphorization was enhanced by technical measures of reasonably controlling process temperature, molten slag basicity and oxidizability and of approaches of double slag method and "raising high carbon content and post blowing" method. This method can be applied to the production and development of new steel grades under the condition of no pretreating dephosphorization equipment.
