摘要
对HSi59.2.5硅黄铜合金熔体进行电脉冲处理,研究了脉冲电压对硅黄铜合金凝固组织中1相的形态、尺寸、分布的影响。结果表明,电脉冲处理后HSi59—2.5硅黄铜合金组织中的吖相由星花状转变成小块状均匀弥散地分布于p相基体中;1相尺寸由35-40t.zm减小到15~18μm,是未处理时的35%-40%;y相体积分数由35%~40%减小到10%~15%,是未处理时的33%-38%;基体硬度由未处理时的336HV提高到399HV,是未处理时的1.2倍;抗拉强度由未处理时的245MPa提高到365MPa,是未处理时的1.5倍。
HSi59-2.5 silicon brass melt was treated by electric pulse modification (EP, EPM), and the effects of electric pulse voltages on the morphology, size and distribution of-,/phase in silicon brass HSi59-2.5 were studied. The results show that phase changes from star-shaped into chunk-shaped, and uniformly and dispersedly distributes in 13 phase matrix. The size of Yphase decreases from 35 -40 μm to 15 -18 p.m. Meanwhile, the volume fraction of Y phase decreases from 35%-40% to 10%-15%. The micro-hardness of the matrix increases from 336 HV to 399 HV, the tensile strengthen increases from 245 MPa to 365 MPa.
