摘要
本文选取罗浮山旅游景区作为游客满意度实证分析对象,利用SPSS社会统计软件对问卷调查结果进行系统分析,找出影响景区游客满意度的因素,并尝试提出改善罗浮山旅游景区的对策建议。
This paper selects Luofu mountain scenic spots as tourists＇ satisfaction empirical analysis object. Using the social statistical software SPSS systematically analyze the results of the questionnaire, then find out fac- tors which affect scenic tourist satisfaction. Meanwhile, we try to put forward some countermeasures and Sugges- tions to improve the luofu mountain scenic spots.
