摘要
目的:探究超声在输尿管结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2007年12月-2012年2月本院收治的146例输尿管结石患者应用彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床资料。结果:所有患者均经药物排石、体外碎石、X线造影、手术取石证实,146例输尿管结石患者中共计148个结石,结石大小3～16mm,135例患者有肾积液或输尿管扩展,应用彩色多普勒超声共检出130个,诊断率为87.84%。结论:彩色多普勒超声是诊断输尿管结石的首选方法,有效显示输尿管走形,寻找有无"彩色快闪伪像",观察输尿管末端喷尿多普勒信号,提高临床诊断率,对临床治疗提供信息具有积极的应用价值。
Objective：To explore the application value of ultrasound in diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Method：A retrospective analysis from December 2007 to February 2012 in our hospital,146 cases of ureteral calculi of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of clinical data.Result：All patients were treated by medicine row stone,extracorporeal lithotripsy,X-ray angiography,operation stone confirmed,146 cases of ureteral calculi patients with a total of 148 stone,stone size between 3-16 mm,135 patients with hydronephrosis and ureteral expansion,color Doppler ultrasonography detected 130, diagnosis rate was 87.84%.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound is the preferred method for diagnosis of ureteral calculi,ureteral shape for effective, there is no＂color twinkling artifact＂,observation of ureteral urine spraying Doppler signal,improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,has the positive application value for clinical treatment to provide information.
