摘要
硬币包卷机是集硬币检伪、计数和包卷功能为一体的光机电一体化设备。设备的执行机构比较多,各机构的动作响应快,定位精度高,且具有很高的柔性,因此对控制系统的要求比较高。PLC作为一种集成度高、功能性强的工业自动化控制器,已经在包装机械领域得到广泛地应用,能够满足全自动硬币包卷机的动作和功能要求。将西门子S7-300PLC应用于硬币包卷机控制系统的设计,论述了硬币包卷机的工作原理,再分别从系统软硬件两部分出发,应用编程软件STEP7和仿真软件S7-PLCSIM进行了控制系统的硬件组态和程序的仿真调试。应用PLC实现硬币包卷机控制系统的开发,开发周期短、可靠性高,能够满足硬币包卷机机构和功能的要求,具有较好的推广价值。
Coins lapped machine is used as the photo-mechanic-electronic integration equipment integrating checking false coins,counting and lapped function.The actuator of the equipment is many,and each agency has fast response action,high positioning accuracy,and has high flexibility,so it has high requirement to the control system.PLC as a kind of industrial automation controller which has high integration and strong function,has been widely used in the field of packaging machinery,being able to satisfy the movements and functional requirements of lapped automatic coin machine.Control system of a coin-wrapping machine based on Siemens S7-300PLC has been designed.While working principle of the coin-wrapping machine has been described and hardware configuration has been established.The preparation of the program and simulation debugging has been accomplished by STEP7 programming software and S7-PLCSIM simulation software.Application of PLC in the development of the control system of the coin-wrapping machine can shorten the development cycle,improve reliability of the system.It has a good promotion and been able to meet the requirements of the institutions and functions of the coin-wrapping machine.
