摘要
本文采用Ansys软件平台中的非预混燃烧模型,对于日产5000 t熟料的水泥生产线上三喷腾型DD分解炉内煤粉燃烧过程进行了数值模拟计算,从而得到了煤粉燃烧后所形成的炉内温度场和组分浓度场。模拟计算的结果表明,该类型分解炉内的高温区位于炉体下部,最高温度约为1800 K;随着炉膛高度增加,炉内温度场呈均匀降低趋势;煤粉入口处挥发份和CO的浓度较高,CO2的浓度较低,并且随着反应的继续进行,CO和O2浓度将逐渐降至0。
In this paper,based on the non-premixed combustion model in Ansys software platform the pulverized coal combustion process in a three-spout DD calciner at a cement production line with capacity of 5,000 tons per day is simulated numerically,whose results are about temperature field and components concentration field after coal combustion in the calciner.The simulation results show that the high-temperature region in the calciner is within its lower zone,whose maximum temperature is about 1800 K.From simulation results,other conclusions are obtained as follows.The temperature in the calciner decreases evenly as its height increases.In the entrance zone of pulverized coal,the volatile concentration and CO concentration are higher,whereas CO2 concentration is lower.As the reaction proceed,CO and O2 concentration reduce to zero,gradually.
