摘要
精神损害赔偿是民事主体的人身权利受到侵害而遭受精神上的损害请求赔偿的法律制度 ,应从保护民事主体人身权利角度出发 ,在立法上扩大精神损害赔偿的范围 ,进一步明确精神损害赔偿的标准。
Damages for spiritual harm refers to the legal system by which a civil body or an individual is capable of claiming damages for the spiritual harm and hurt of its,or his/her civil rights.With a view to protecting civil rights,the legislative scope of damages for spiritual harm should be expanded and the standards of damages for spiritual harm be further clarified.
