摘要
阿富汗北通中亚、南接南亚和印度洋,地缘位置极为重要,印度、巴基斯坦、伊朗、乌兹别克斯坦、土库曼斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、中国等地区国家正积极参与阿富汗交通、能源管线等战略通道建设。总的说来,阿富汗战略通道建设的推进有利于阿富汗与外界的沟通,也有利于阿富汗局势的稳定。
Afghanistan enjoys a geo-strategic importance as it lies Central Asia,South Asia and Arabian Sea.Regional countries such as,India,Pakistan,Iran,Uzbekistan,Turkmenistan,Tajikistan,and China,are participating construction of transportation and energy strategic passage around Afghanistan.In general,construction of strategic passage in Afghanistan has important implication: it is helpful to Afghanistan's communication with outside world,also to its stability in political situation
