摘要
目的 通过回顾分析肺尖癌的临床及影像表现 ,探讨肺尖癌的影像分型及诊断。方法 收集经病理及临床证实的肺尖癌 16例 ,其中 12例病理诊断明确 ,另 4例经临床证实。笔者依据平片表现把肺尖癌分为两型。胸膜增厚型和团块型。结果 两型肺尖癌的临床表现不同 ,CT在显示病变及肿瘤侵犯临近组织和肿瘤内部征象方面优于平片。结论 对肺尖癌分型有助于结合临床表现选择合适的影像检查方法。平片是各种影像检查方法的基础 。
Purpose To discuss the classification and diagnosis of pulmonary apex carcinoma in imaging through reviewing their clinical and imaging manifestation. Methods There are 16 patients of pulmonary apex carcinoma proved by pathology and clinic,12 patients proved by pathology,4 patients proved by clinic.The carcinoma was divided into two types in the base of plain film:type of pleural thicken and mass. Results The clinical manifestation of two types of carcinoma is different.CT scan is superior to plain film on the show of lesion and the invasion to the near structure and the signs in the lesion. Conclusion The classification of pulmonary apex carcinoma makes doctors choice suitable methods in examination.Plain film is the base of other imaging methods,the lesion can be showed and diagnosised with plain film and CT scan.
