摘要
我国已形成了由各级政府部门、社会盈利机构和公共信息服务机构组成的多层次专利信息服务体系。本文通过网站抽样调查的方法,分析了当前专利信息服务的现状、存在问题及解决思路。
A multi-level patent information service system composed of government departments, social profit organizations and public information service agencies has been formed in China. Based on a website sample survey method, this paper analyzed the current status of the patent information services, its problems and solutions.
