ICU获得性衰弱的干预研究现状

摘要 ICU获得性衰弱（Intensive Care Unit aequired weakness．ICU—AW）是重症患扦常见的并发症。多项研究显示，机做通气大于4～7d的患者出现ICU-AW可达33％～82％。在ICU中。医护工作者不仪耍注最患者的循环、呼吸、肾脏等功能维护，以确保患者的，丰存牢，同时要雨视ⅪHCU—AW的预防。
