摘要
介绍了氨法脱硫工艺及原理,叙述了其在克劳斯硫回收系统尾气处理中的应用情况。按照脱硫效率对原有装置进行部分改造,通过工艺流程优化,装置核算、确定主要设备选型依据,改造部分设备,投资建设氨法脱硫装置。装置投用以后运行稳定可靠,能够确保排放尾气中的SO2质量浓度在800 mg/m3以下,符合GB 16297—1996排放要求。
This paper introduced the ammonia desulphurization technology and principle and the application in claus sulfur recovery system tail gas treatment.The original device was partially remaked according to the desulfurization efficiency.Investment construction of the ammonia desulphurization device was conducted through process optimization,device accounting,and determining main equipment.The device operation was stable and reliable,and could ensure the mass concentration quantity of SO2 in tail gas emissions under 800 mg/m3,which accord with emission requirements of GB 16297—1996.
