摘要
从物质环境和人文环境建设两个方面论述了图书馆文化构建的重要意义,指出知识经济时代,公共图书馆应积极适应社会大环境的变化发展,努力营造良好的文化环境,进一步提升其可持续发展能力。
From the construction of physical environment and humanistic environment, this paper discusses the important significance of the creation of library culture, and points out that in the age of knowledge economy, the public library should actively adapt to the change and development of social environment, strive to create a good cultural environment, and further enhance its ability of sustainable development.
