摘要
论述了影响科技期刊办刊质量的因素 ,提出了在知识经济新形势下提高科技期刊质量的几点建议 ,其中包括 :提高信息量 ;注重传播时效 ;适应社会规范以及迎接信息时代挑战。
The paper discusses the factors affecting the quality of S/T periodicals,introduces some suggestions to improve the quality of S/T periodicals under the new knowledge economy situation,among them are:increasing information quality; paying attention to propagating effectiveness for a given period of time;suiting the social norms and meeting the challenge in the information era.
