摘要
用光塑性模型材料聚碳酸酯 ,制成中心斜裂纹板试样 ,进行了光塑性试验 ,研究了 - 复合型裂纹尖塑性区。探讨了裂纹倾斜角。
In order to study the plastic zone size near mixed mode Ⅰ Ⅱ crack tip, the photoplastic experiment is conducted to the polycarbonate plate with a central slant crack. In this paper, the influences of mixed mode crack parameter M e, the crack length 2 a 0 and the specimen thickness δ on plastic zone size r p were explored. The experimental result show that: (1) at determined loading level σ m/ σ s, the higher the parameter of mixed mode crack M e is, the longer the plastic zone size r p near crack tip becomes; (2) at determined loading level σ m/ σ s, the ratio r p/ a 0 is higher in long crack than in short one; and the difference is decreased with the increase of loading level σ m/ σ s and vanishes finally; (3) at determined loading level σ m/ σ s, the plastic zone size r p near crack tip is longer in thin specimen than in thick one.
