摘要
基于总流伯努利方程,以文丘里管喉部局部压力等于相应温度时饱和蒸气压为依据,设计了应用于观测研究空化作用对乳化油废水破乳相关规律的文丘里管空化装置。利用Fluent软件对文丘里管空化装置的流场特性进行了数值模拟。计算表明:文丘里管空化装置能在较大范围产生空化现象,将该装置应用于观测研究空化作用对乳化油废水破乳相关规律,理论上可行。
Based on Bernoulli' s theorem, and regarding the condition that local pressure in the laryngeal of Venturi tube is equal to saturated vapor pressure of the temperature as design principle, a Venturi tube hydrodynamic cavitation equipment is designed. It is intended for the observation experiment that emulsified oil wastewater is demulsified with cavitation. Numerical simula- tion of flow field characteristics in the equipment is carried out by use of Fluent software. The results indicate that the Venturi tube hydrodynamic cavitation equipment designed enable to induce cavitation over a large area. It is feasible theoretically to be applied to observation experiment.
