摘要
目的分析评价供应室封闭回收箱清洗消毒的现状,探讨提高封闭回收箱清洗消毒质量的方法。方法将供应室使用后的封闭回收箱分为观察组和对照组各30个,观察组采用多酶清洗液喷洒加消毒液擦拭法,对照组采用清水冲洗加消毒液擦拭法,清洗消毒后取回收箱3个部位进行采样并做细菌培养。结果观察组回收箱清洗消毒后的合格率为96.67%,对照组为80.00%,两组回收箱内面、把手合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),回收箱外面合格率差异无统计学意义。结论多酶清洗液喷洒加消毒液擦拭法能有效清除回收箱内的血液、体液等污渍,提高了消毒液擦拭的效果。
OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate the current status of cleaning and sterilization of closed bins in central sterilization supply department and explore the measures to improve the quality of cleaning and sterilization.METHODS The closed and recyclable bins after using were collected in central sterilization supply department and divided into observation group and control group with 30 bins each.The observation group was treated with multi-enzyme cleaning fluid spraying plus disinfectant wiping,while the control group was treated with water cleaning plus disinfectant wiping.The three parts of recyclable bins were sampled for bacterial culture after the cleaning and disinfection.RESULTS After the cleaning and disinfection,the qualified rate of the recyclable bins was 96.97% in observation group and 80.00% in the control group.The differences in the qualified rates of inside surface of recyclable bins and the handle between the two groups were statistically significant（P〉0.05）,the difference in the qualified rate of outside surface of recyclable bins was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION Multi-enzyme cleaning fluid spraying plus disinfectant wiping method can effectively remove the blood and body fluids inside the recycle bins and improve the efficacy of disinfectant wiping.
