摘要
声乐教学双方信任机制的建立是声乐教学活动正常开展的根本保证。针对目前此信任机制的缺失而造成的教学质量与效果的低下现状,如何在制度层面有效约束教学双方,在管理层面予以改善,从道德层面给予良性的激励,以求逐步改善声乐教学生态环境,是文章研究与讨论的重点。
Trust mechanism between teachers and students in teaching vocal music is the fundamental guarantee of normally carrying out vocal music teaching. Aiming at the current low teaching quality and effect resulting from the lack of trust mechanism, this paper mainly analyzes how to effectively restrict the both sides of teaching on the level of system, improve the management level, and give positive incentives at the moral level, in order to fundamentally improve the ecological environment in vocal music teaching.
