摘要
重钢２×１０５ｍ ２ 烧结机由于圆筒粘料严重，起动冲击负荷及运行负荷大，故障多，严重制约了烧结生产。为此在１９９８ 年初对４ 台混合机衬板进行了改造。本文介绍并分析了采用河北张家口市科达公司生产的耐磨稀土含油尼龙衬板后，技术经济指标显著改善的情况。
As the mix drum for 2×105m 2 sinter plant in chong Qing I&S Co. Present serious material sticking,higher starting monent and operadting monent problems,so the production was restricted by trequent faults.For this reason,we adopte the oil contained rare-earth nylon liner produced by Zhang Jia Kou Ke Da Co.This paper present the improvemeates of technical-economic foter this modification.
