摘要
分析脊髓肿瘤误诊为椎间盘突出症的原因,为正确诊断提供依据。对黄石理工学院附属医院1991年12月-2010年10月收治的脊髓肿瘤中4例被误诊为椎间盘突出症,后经手术证实为脊髓肿瘤的误诊情况进行回顾性分析,结论为对脊髓肿瘤的诊断应重视病史的询问,完善检查,以免误诊。
Objective： To explore the reason why the spinal cord tumor was misdiagnosed as disc heniation and provide the evidence for the right diagnosis. Method ： to review the process of diagnosis and treatment of spi- nal cord tumor misdiagnosis. Result： 4 cases of spinal cord tumor were misdiagnosed as disc herniation, and it turned out to be spinal cord tumor confirmed by operation. Conclusion：more attention should be attached to the enquiry of the medical history during the diagnosis of spinal cord tumor and the medical examination should be improved to avoid the misdiagnosis.
