非接触式角膜内皮镜SP-3000P测量中央和周边角膜厚度的重复性研究

摘要
中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)可以显示角膜内皮泵的功能,反映包括角膜内皮失代偿、角膜扩张、角膜水肿、青光眼、球形角膜和干眼等一些眼前节疾病。然而,周边角膜厚度的报道较少,主要原因是周边角膜厚度测量时难以准确定位。非接触式角膜内皮镜已成为测量角膜厚度的一种常用方法,其检查具有非侵入性,可以在角膜中央和周边聚焦测量相应部位的厚度,同时可以测量角膜内皮细胞的密度和形态。
