摘要
目的探讨复合亚甲蓝制剂在痔术后疼痛中的应用。方法将60例患者分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组使用复合亚甲蓝制剂,对照组使用常规长效止痛剂进行局部封闭,比较两组的镇痛效果。结果治疗组术后止痛效果好,且未见明显不良反应。结论复合亚甲蓝制剂用于肛肠病术后镇痛效果满意,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical application of methylene blue on analgesia after operation for haemorrhoids.Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups,including treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group were treated with compound methylene blue preparations,and the patients in control group were with general long-acting analgesics.The indexes of pain were evaluated.Results The analgesic efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group.There was no obvious adverse reaction in treatment group.Conclusion It is concluded that compound methylene blue preparations is effective and safe for pain after operation for haemorrhoids.
